The last time we saw Hoonigan’s third-generation Chevrolet Camaro Z/28 was built, they had just installed a 10.4 liter ZZ632 large-cylinder V8 crate engine, which can produce 1,004 horsepower. Hoonigans also installed Motech digital dashboards, suspension systems, shock absorbers and connected the engine to the transmission system. Since the video was broadcast, Hoonigan's ZZ632 Camaro Z/28 was on display at the Chevrolet Performance booth at the 2021 SEMA show last week. However, we left blanks about how they completed the project. The video below shows us how the build is done:

A lot of work needs to be done from where we stopped to make sure the vehicle runs smoothly. First of all, the engine wiring harness provided by Chevrolet Performance is not suitable for construction, so it needs to be adjusted. Next, install the Hawk Street brake pads, and also placed the brake wires and wiring of the injector. Then, make sure that the main focus under the hood of the Hoonigan Camaro Z/28 is on the engine and the battery is installed behind the dashboard. Once the huge radiator is installed and the seats are placed in the car, filled with fuel and oil, the engine will roar, sounding as powerful as the world's largest crate engine.

The construction does not end there, because Hoonigan still needs to connect all electrical equipment to the MSD solid state relay, so that no bulky fuse box is needed. The gearbox was also removed to install an Action Clutch dual-disc clutch kit, which helps to get the most power from the ZZ632 when the ZZ632 powers the gearbox.

Finally, the header was installed, and the customized center console was installed in the cab. Next, make the K&N air filter from the sprint car and place it on the top of the engine. But as you can see from our exclusive photo library, the Sprint car air filter does not seem to be participating in the 2021 SEMA exhibition

Nevertheless, it was the first time we heard the ignition of the ZZ632 10.4L Big Block V8 crate engine... and the sound was so loud that the audio equipment on the camera could not even absorb all the sound. It must be a huge experience to hear the sound of the engine starting for the first time in that garage. We are not talking about shipwrecks.

At the end of the video, we can see Chevrolet designers participating in the design of Hoonigan Camaro Z/28... and even making fun of "Part 2" for next year. We can't wait.
