Since they first opened their doors for business back in 2001, N.E.T has built an unsurpassed portfolio of industrial gas sensors that provides the gas detection OEM market a single source for all their sensor needs.

N.E.T offer far more than precision sensing elements, they also offer integrated solutions enabling their customers to bring their finished detectors to the market quicker enabling simple integration and considerable savings on their production costs.

The N.E.T team firmly believe that a manufacturer’s quality of work and processes directly affects the quality of the final product. This is the reason why NET maintain the highest standards of certification, from the most important notified, professional bodies such as ATEX, IECEx, SIL and ISO9001.

N.E.T offer the widest choice of non-dispersive infrared (NDIR) sensors on the market; the product range includes over thirty different refrigerant gases as well as carbon dioxide, methane, hydrocarbons and sulphur hexafluoride. The N.E.T range has attained an unprecedented SIL 2 level of safety integrity, which is unique for these types of sensors, so these sensors are the ideal choice in applications in which achieving the highest possible level of functional safety is paramount.

N.E.T’s electrochemical cells are manufactured in Japan to their specific criteria and comply with EN 45544-2. They offer sensors for carbon monoxide, nitric oxide, chlorine, ethylene, hydrogen peroxide, ammonia – in 4 different ranges and their latest addition: a high-temperature sensor for hydrogen sulphide.

A range of pellistors from N.E.T offers a perfect solution for measuring combustible gas or vapours in air, or atmospheres with oxygen, up to the lower explosion limit, or LEL.

Preconfigured and pre-calibrated cyber transmitter boards from N.E.T can be installed in any gas detector with a standard, high-level interface relieving the operator of the necessity to calibrate the instrument for the specific sensor being used as well as eliminating low level signal processing and acquisition.

N.E.T also offer a comprehensive range of ready-to-operate detector heads and sensor housings, with the requisite certifications to be utilised as a component or complete detector and capable of deployment in any industrial environment.  This enables gas detector manufacturers to circumvent designing and manufacturing detection heads, whilst avoiding the hassles of obtaining ATEX or IECEx certification. The N.E.T heads are capable of enclosing all of the N.E.T sensors and cyber transmitters with ease.
