The first prototype of the Bayraktar Kizilelma UAV, developed by Baykar Technologies, entered the production line, said Chief Technical Officer Selçuk Bayraktar, TRT reports.

Bayraktar Kizilelma will have aggressive maneuverability, advanced artificial intelligence and the ability to conduct air-to-air combat like manned combat aircraft.

Manned combat aircraft will no longer be developed. From now on, unmanned systems will be the most powerful elements of the battlefield, Bayraktar said.

Bayraktar Kizilelma will be able to land and take off on ships with short runways such as the TCG Anadolu ship.

According to Avia.pro, it is known that we are talking about a jet, stealthy, supersonic combat unmanned aircraft designed to destroy ground, sea and air targets. The fighter is equipped with one jet engine, but at the same time it can fly at a speed of about 1.2 MAX and can stay in the air for up to 5.5 hours.

According to open sources, the Bayraktar Kizilelma unmanned fighter will be able to use both missile and bomb weapons. Moreover, according to some reports, the development of an unmanned fighter was carried out on the basis of elements of the American F-35.
