Service King, the operator of an integrated car body collision repair facility, announced Jaime Jaramillo as its new chief information officer, overseeing technology and digital development.

To consolidate the brand’s efforts to extend the use of state-of-the-art digital-first experiences to customers, such as its 24/7 contactless self-arrangement service, Jaramillo will oversee advanced analytics through the use of new technological tools, such as OPS Trax and CCC One, To discover data insights and trends to improve the overall production process. This will increase Service King’s visibility to suppliers and overall order efficiency within each facility-creating a more streamlined system from the beginning to the end of the repair process.

Jaramillo joined Service King in June. He has nearly 20 years of experience as the CIO of a leading consumer product company. During his career, Jaramillo has worked at Pepsi, Frito Lay, Borden Dairy, Belcorp and Varsity Brands, and has held positions as technology and digital transformation leaders internationally and in the United States. He started his professional career in the field of management consulting. Before serving as CIO, he worked in global companies such as Accenture and Booz Allen & Hamilton for nearly 10 years.
