Yantai Future was established in year 1973. FAST is its brand. In 2000, it was certified by ISO9001. In 2014, IATF16949. In 2018, Yantai FAST invited Japanese expert team for lean production project and rebuilt traditional production unit to production line. 58000m2, 14 production lines, yearly capacity 400,000pcs hydraulic cylinders. Besides, we can also provide hydro-electric integrated system and EPC. With more than 45 years experiences, we are growing much and now with almost 500 employees, and 56 engineers in our R&D department

Quality Control
1. We use Solidworks to design cylinders and do force analysis.
2. Inspection process: incoming inspection, sampling inspection, process inspection and pre-shipment inspection.
3. Before the production, we will do chemical composition tests. The uninspected materials are stored in special positions and all inspected materials are able to be traced by size, supplier and date.
4. During the production, the process cards are placed around to make sure that the workers understand every step clearly. The products are marked for tracking.

A4: It usually takes 20-30 days to process. We don't have stock.
