Bearing installation precautions:



1. Refer to figure 1 for the description of shaft structure of model YRT260
Bearing in the mobile or sent to the customer designated place, in order to make the bearing of the various parts not damage, when the factory will be completed bearing according to the finished product assembly, when bearing reach host location, can be installed, in order to make the bearing installed task better and more convenient, can unload the screw of the bearing to be installed again after the completion of screws on the bearing.
2. L-section ring 2 can be installed with or without additional support rings
A) no support ring, bearing code YRT
B) support ring with l-section ring, bearing code YRT... The entire surface of the VSP, l-section ring must be supported.
3. Pay attention to the strength of assembly. Assembly force can only be transferred through the installed bearing ring, never through the rolling body.
Tighten the screws in order 1-6
4. The positioning screw shall be tightened with a torque wrench in the form of a cross as shown in figure 2.
5. Each bearing part is well matched according to its own value, so the mounting and disassembling type should not separate or exchange bearing parts, so as not to affect the accuracy of the bearing.
6. The starting friction torque is 3~3.5 times of the bearing friction torque listed in the dimension table.
